Cancer update: The Ostomy Takedown

10 days and counting...finally

I am thrilled to announce that on July 24th I will have my second encounter with Dr Lu and the Assbots! My first encounter was for a successful rectal resection which removed about 6 inches of my colon/rectum where the big ass cancer tumor had been and left me with a loop ileostomy (aka Mildred BB Puckrup). This sequel encounter is the Ostomy Takedown. Surgical robots will make a little incision near my stoma and then they will tuck Mildred back into my belly where she belongs. The result? I will be cancer-free and be able to poop out of my butt!!! (Eventually.)
